Our Story
SOLVISTA REALTY was founded with the vision of transforming underutilized residential properties into modern, move-in-ready homes. Through a data-driven approach and deep operational expertise, we deliver renovations that improve both individual properties and the neighborhoods they belong to.
Mr. Karim Achmichi, General Manager and sole owner of the company, brings over two decades of hands-on experience in property development, construction, and renovation. His background includes managing general building companies in France, with a portfolio covering masonry, carpentry, tiling, HVAC systems, electrical work, and full-scale interior and exterior renovations.
Now based in Los Angeles, Mr. Achmichi leads SOLVISTA REALTY’s operations with direct oversight of acquisitions, project planning, permitting, construction management, and resale strategy. His approach ensures consistency across all projects, with a focus on delivering quality homes tailored to local market expectations.
